1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PixelWave Media's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients who access or use our digital signage rental and advertising services.

2. Services Description

PixelWave Media provides digital signage solutions including but not limited to:

  • Interactive touchscreen kiosk rentals
  • LED video wall installations and rentals
  • LCD advertising backpack rentals
  • Digital menu board solutions
  • Content management and support services

3. Rental Terms and Conditions

All equipment rentals are subject to the following conditions:

  • Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received
  • Client is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear
  • Rental periods begin at the scheduled delivery time
  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund
  • Security deposits may be required for certain equipment

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the agreed terms in your service contract. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and approved corporate accounts. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your contract. All prices are quoted in Jamaican Dollars (JMD) unless otherwise specified.

5. Limitation of Liability

PixelWave Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property displayed on our equipment or website remain the property of their respective owners. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right to display any content on rented equipment.
